All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though we will honor prices on confirmed orders. Wholesale prices are available exclusively to approved wholesale account holders. We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately reflects the actual product.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in product or pricing information. Minimum order quantities apply to all wholesale purchases as specified on individual product listings. Payment must be received in full before order processing begins. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved purchase orders from qualified accounts. All prices are listed in US dollars.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery destination. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. AMD Wholesale is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. Please inspect all deliveries promptly upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy allows returns within 30 days of delivery for most products. Items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags. Defective items may be returned for a full refund or replacement. Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return.
