1. Order Processing
All orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on business days are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options for the continental United States:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, weather, and carrier conditions. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $500.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional charges and longer delivery times. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. For inquiries about international wholesale orders, please contact our sales team directly at info@amdwholesale.com.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the delivery destination. Shipping rates are displayed during checkout before payment. For large or heavy orders, freight shipping may be required and will be quoted separately. Volume discounts on shipping may be available for recurring wholesale customers — contact our sales team for details.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by contacting our customer service team. Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
6. Delivery Issues
If your package appears lost, damaged, or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:
- Check your tracking information for the latest status update
- Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number
- If unresolved, contact AMD Wholesale customer service within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement shipment
7. Damaged Shipments
Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If you notice visible damage to the packaging or products:
- Document the damage with photographs before opening or discarding packaging
- Note any damage on the carrier's delivery receipt if possible
- Contact us within 48 hours at info@amdwholesale.com with photos and your order number
- Do not discard damaged items or packaging until the claim is resolved
- We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible
8. Large or Bulk Orders
For orders exceeding standard parcel limits or requiring pallet delivery, freight shipping will be arranged. Our logistics team will coordinate delivery scheduling with you. A loading dock or forklift may be required for pallet deliveries. Residential freight deliveries may incur additional liftgate and inside delivery fees. Contact us for a custom shipping quote on large orders.
