30-Day Return Guarantee

AMD Wholesale offers a comprehensive 30-day return policy on most products. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
  • The item must be in resalable condition
  • You must provide the original order number or invoice
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before shipping the return

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Items without original packaging or missing components
  • Perishable or consumable items that have been opened

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at info@amdwholesale.com or (800) 555-0199 within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Receive your RMA number. Our team will review your request and issue an RMA number along with return shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
  3. Package and ship the item. Securely package the item in its original packaging. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship to the address provided in the RMA instructions.
  4. Return confirmation. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return within 3-5 business days.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • Credit card refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
  • For orders paid by bank transfer, refunds will be issued via bank transfer
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to certain large or bulk orders

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
  • We will arrange a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
  • You may choose either a full refund or a replacement product
  • Defective items are exempt from restocking fees
  • We will cover all return shipping costs for defective items

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different item or variant, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures the fastest processing time. If there is a price difference, it will be adjusted accordingly.

7. Return Shipping

For standard returns (non-defective), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $100 in value. AMD Wholesale is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. For defective items, AMD Wholesale will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
